All gifts and receipts of money, regardless of purpose, which cumulatively total more than $1000 in a financial year are required to be disclosed to Elections ACT under the Electoral Act 1992 (ACT).

Amounts greater than $13,800 in the 2018-19 financial year (and $13,500 in 2017-18) will be subject to disclosure under the provisions of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918.
