All gifts and receipts of money, regardless of purpose, which cumulatively total more than $1,000 in a financial year are required to be disclosed to Elections ACT under the Electoral Act 1992 (ACT).

Amounts greater than $14,300 in the 2020-21 financial year will be subject to disclosure under the provisions of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918.
